POLICY

Wash and fold pick-up and drop-off services are $2.50/lb, your laundry will be weighed on site and payment is required before garments are returned to you. (We have a MIN. 20lb limit for pick-up orders, orders that weigh less than that will be moved up to the 20lb MIN. price.) You can schedule a pick-up from 6am-8pm. For same day services all laundry must be picked-up before 12pm, any laundry picked-up after 12pm will be moved to next day service. (SAME DAY RETURN IS NOT GUARANTEED WITH PICK-UP ORDERS, IF YOU NEED IT SAME DAY PLEASE BOOK PICK-UP BEFORE 12pm AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST.) If you would like your laundry picked-up earlier than 6am or later than 8pm, please call and coordinate with a team member! (NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT AREN'T HANDED OFF TO AN EMPLOYEE DIRECTLY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE YOUR LAUNDRY IN A LOCATION WHERE ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS CAN PICK IT UP WITHOUT CONTACT PLEASE ADD THE LOCATION OF THE ITEMS IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE BOOKING AND WE WILL ACCOMODATE.)
